Story

Unlike traditional Pokémon games, Pokémon R.O.W.E. allows players to experience the Hoenn region in any order they choose. Rather than following a linear journey, trainers are free to explore cities, challenge Gym Leaders, build unique teams, and discover hidden Pokémon throughout the region at their own pace.

    Visit the Tradeback Guy in the Name Rater's house in Slateport City to evolve Pokémon that normally require trading.
