Story

Pokémon Shinobi transports you to the Elemental Nations—a unique land where ninjas and Pokémon trainers coexist. Fresh from the ninja academy, you’re assigned to a genin team under a skilled leader. Life begins simply, but trouble brews as a shady organization begins tampering with powerful Pokémon and strange energy linked to Jinchuriki.

What starts as missions and village quests soon spirals into a larger mystery involving legendary Pokémon, elite ninja clans, and dark experiments. Your decisions, alliances, and tactics will shape your path in this war-torn region.
