Story

After your Alolan victory, you're invited to Unova for a new challenge. Many classic characters are replaced by Alolan counterparts—Mina, Mallow, Gladion—and Team Skull plays a central role in the narrative. Participate in the Pokémon World Tournament and uncover the secrets of the fused worlds of Alola and Unova.

FAQs

  • Q: Is this a completed game?
    Yes. The main story is fully playable, and post-game content is available. Some optional content may still be refined in future updates.
  • Q: Can I use Mega Evolutions?
    Yes! Mega Evolution is fully supported in battle and available to many Pokémon.
  • Q: Do Gen 7 Pokémon have custom sprites?
    Yes. Alolan Pokémon are fully sprited with animations and battle icons.

NOTE

For best experience, DeSmuME users must go to Config -> Sound Settings, and set synchronization mode to Synchronous.
This is due to DeSmuME being unable to handle streamed audio without crackling. This also happens with the original game. Other emulators, as well as real hardware, appear to work as expected.
