Pokemon Pit of 100 Trails

This roguelite Pokémon challenge is heavily inspired by Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, specifically the iconic Pit of 100 Trials—a grueling, optional dungeon packed with 100 consecutive battles. We've reimagined this concept for the Pokémon universe, adding our own creative twists for a fresh and thrilling experience.

Story

In this Pokémon gauntlet, you begin with 3 random Pokémon and must battle your way through 100 randomly generated floors. Each floor features random enemy trainers with randomly selected Pokémon teams. The battle styles include Singles, Doubles, and Mixed modes, with various difficulty settings and challenge modifiers to customize your run.

Trainer Pokémon levels scale with floor progression—starting at Level 1 and ramping up to Level 100 on the final floor. The number of trainers per floor is randomized from 1 to 4, with early levels favoring solo fights and difficulty increasing as you ascend.

After each floor, you'll receive random item drops, and a warp gate will unlock to let you advance to the next challenge. Every 5th floor acts as a Rest Stop, featuring a Heal Center, Shop, and Move Tutor to help you recover and strategize. On every 25th floor, you'll face a powerful boss trainer—defeat them, and you'll have the chance to add a new Pokémon to your party.

This is more than just a Pokémon challenge—it's a true test of strategy, endurance, and adaptability. Are you ready to take on the Pokémon Pit of 100 Trials?
